A packing pressing plate is installed above the packing to prevent it from being blown by the rising air flow. The spray liquid is sprayed onto the packing from the tower top through the liquid distributor and flows down the packing surface. The gas is sent from the bottom of the tower, distributed by the gas distribution device, and continuously passes through the gap of the packing layer in countercurrent with the liquid. On the packing surface, the gas-liquid two-phase is in close contact for mass transfer. When the liquid flows downward along the packing layer, wall flow sometimes occurs. The wall flow effect causes the uneven distribution of gas-liquid two phases in the packing layer, which reduces the mass transfer efficiency. Therefore, the packing layer in the water drenching tower is divided into two sections, and a redistribution device is set in the middle, which is sprayed on the lower packing after redistribution. In order to avoid the gas carrying away the spray liquid, the gas-water separator at the top of the tower effectively intercepts the spray liquid. If the spray liquid is recycled, there will be some loss in the process of use. The circulating water tank at the bottom of the tower shall supplement the spray liquid in time. Water drenching tower combined with alkaline (acid) additives can not only remove smoke and dust, but also effectively remove acid mist (alkali mist) in production.

2、 Working principle under the power of induced draft fan, the dusty flue gas enters ALC type high-efficiency composite cyclone water film spray flue gas washing and purification tower, and high-efficiency atomizing nozzles are arranged at the dust gas inlet. After atomized dusty air enters the specially designed cyclone along the tangent direction from the inlet, it rotates from top to bottom along the wall of the cyclone, Dust particles move to the outer wall under inertial centrifugal force, and dust particles reaching the outer wall fall down to the bottom of the dust collector under the combined action of air flow and gravity. The dust particles containing small particles are deflated before entering the foam area of the dust collector, and the air flows through the contraction section to accelerate the impact of the bottom surface of the dust collector. The flue gas impinges on the liquid surface to form a large number of water droplets and water mist, so that the smoke and water mist are fully mixed. The water spray itself is also a dust catching body, and the dust is caught and collided with it. The fine smoke is sent to the foam tray through the dust collector under the negative pressure of the fan, and flows through the atomizing washing liquid to the tray to maintain a certain liquid level. The dusty airflow is introduced from the lower part of the tower, uniformly passing through the small holes on the tray and dispersed in the liquid flow, resulting in a large amount of foam at the same time, which increases the contact area of the gas-liquid two phase and causes the dust particles to be captured by liquid. At the same time, the water mist sprayed out by the spray device forms a uniform water film from top to bottom in the external desulfurization and dust removal chamber, and meets with the flue gas rising through the foam tray. The final desulfurization and dust removal is completed. After passing through the dehydration unit, the purified gas becomes clean and dry gas, which is led to the chimney by the induced draft fan for standard discharge.
